COD Hosts Third Annual Black Student Leadership Conference

Aimed at African American high school juniors and current COD students, the conference welcomed approximately 260 students from 17 high schools and featured college student and counselor discussion panels, a Mock College Admissions game, Career Exploration Express and a College Fair featuring representatives from 49 colleges and universities.

Geared toward promoting college and career readiness, this conference was presented by the College of DuPage Office of Admissions and Outreach and Center for Diversity and Inclusion in partnership with Fenton High School, Glenbard West High School, Lake Park High School, Oak Park River and Forest High School, Proviso West high School, West Chicago High School, Willowbrook High School and York Community High School.
