COD Hosts Schingoethe Museum for Native American Cultures Visit March 19

The Native American Studies Committee at College of DuPage will host a visit to the Schingoethe Museum for Native American Cultures at Aurora University, 1315 Prairie St., Aurora, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 19.

Participants will meet at the museum for a docent-led tour of the newly redesigned Schingoethe Museum which will include a behind-the-scenes look at numerous items not currently on public display. Participants will also receive a short tour of the university's campus and Aurora University admissions representatives will be on hand to provide information for prospective transfer students. Lunch will be provided.

Registration is required and space is limited. Participants must register by Friday, March 11. To register, participants must submit their name and a $5 cash deposit to COD History Professor John Paris in BIC 2626F.
