Get Fit! College of DuPage Provides Personal Training Special

The College of DuPage Chaparral Fitness Center is offering (for a limited time) $20 for 30 minutes of personal training for members of the new facility. Members who purchase five sessions receive one free (limit 10 sessions with two free sessions per customer).

"Our professional trainers work with individuals to develop a program that best suits their fitness level and lifestyle," said Matt Cousins, Manager of the Chaparral Fitness Center. "Personal training is a great motivator that provides direction and creates adherence to a healthy, beneficial workout program."

The state-of-the-art complex includes an 11,000 square-foot fitness floor with 70-plus cardiovascular machines, free weights, designated core and stretch areas, a spinning room, dance and group fitness rooms, as well as an eight-lane, 25-yard lap pool with an ADA ramp, an indoor track and basketball courts.

The COD Chaparral Fitness Center is open to the entire college community. Full-time COD students enjoy free membership, included as part of tuition. Membership for part-time students, staff and community members is deeply discounted.
