College of DuPage June/July 'Images' Highlights Commencement, Outstanding Students, Overall Outstanding Faculty

"Images," College of DuPage's monthly one-half hour television show, features in its June/July edition segments on the College's 48th Annual Commencement Ceremony, Outstanding Students Julia Andersen and Leticia Lozano and the 2015 Overall Outstanding Faculty member Chris Miller.

Each month, Images highlights the personalities, news and curriculum of a vibrant College of DuPage campus. The show airs on 13 area cable television stations.

The June Images highlights the College's 48th Annual Commencement Ceremony. A celebration of the achievements of the 2015 class, the ceremony included comments from Acting Interim President Dr. Joe Collins, Board Chairman Kathy Hamilton and this year's Outstanding Students Julia Andersen and Leticia Lozano.

The June Images also features interviews with both Andersen and Lozano. The two offer their thoughts on choosing College of DuPage to further their education and the opportunities and experiences they've had on campus.

This month's show also highlights 2014-2015 Overall Outstanding Faculty member Chris Miller, associate professor of Speech. Miller discusses his career and the connection he makes with students in the classroom.

Also featured is a segment on the variety of degree and certificate programs and the wealth of resources available to COD students.

Images airs at various times on cable television stations in Downers Grove, Wheaton, Addison, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Glendale Heights, Bartlett, Lemont, Elk Grove, Darien, Aurora and West Chicago. Check local cable listings for times and channels.
