World Class Basketball 15U takes 4th in country

Congratulations to the World Class Basketball 15U National Team on taking 4th place in the country at the AAU National Championships in Virginia.

They started the tournament off with beating the Maryland Pistons 43 to 38.

They then beat the Mid Jersey Heat out of Massachussettes 50 to 46. In their 3rd game, they beat the Southern Maryland Flyers 69 to 41 which sent them to the Sweet 16 where they beat Virgina Elite 48 to 47.

In the Elite 8 game, they beat Chick Webb/Baltimore Finest 49 to 29 which sent them to the Final 4 before falling to TBC Elite 57 to 47 and Playmaker Academy 64 to 57.

It was a great accomplishment by Woodstock High School players Nick Kubiak and Zach Cullum, Larkin High School player Keyvon Kyles, St. Edward High School player Sean Phelan, Lake Zurich High School player Nate Rathe, Dylan Tapia, Schaumburg High School player Ken Travis and Palatine High School player Matt Ulrich. The team is coached by John Ulrich and assisted by John Ulrich.
