July 14: 'Connect to College of Lake County' event

Recent high school and GED graduates and their families are invited to attend the "Connect to CLC Event" on July 14 either from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 4-6:30 p.m. in the Atrium at the Grayslake campus, 19351 W. Washington St. This event is designed to help students complete the steps necessary to register for the Fall Semester, which begins Aug. 24.

At Connect to CLC, staff members will help students turn in ACT scores, GED scores and/or transcripts; take the CLC placement test (if needed); sign up for New Student Orientation; register for fall classes; apply for financial aid and CLC scholarships and find out about support services to help them succeed.
