I was cruising around looking for a feature picture when I saw Lori Cooke putting a fresh coat of paint on the jockey adorning the gate pillar at her Red Gate Farm home in St. Charles. I was shooting it about every way you could imagine, so of course I tried making a silhouette of her. This was my first guess-timate on the exposure. It was way too dark but it turns out that it was the only usable silhouette I shot becuase my camera sensor was so filthy that it was the only one that hid the myriad flecks of dirt that showed up.
