CPA firm Mueller expands presence in Chicago
CHICAGO, MAY 19, 2014 - Mueller, a CPA, management consulting and financial services firm serving privately held and public companies, local governments and nonprofit organizations, today announced that it has expanded its presence in Chicago with the opening of new offices at 200 W. Adams.
The new downtown location follows the recent consolidation of Mueller's former Chicago and Oakbrook Terrace offices, and will complement the firm's suburban headquarters in Elgin.
"This consolidation is part of our long-term strategy to maintain our suburban headquarters in Elgin and expand our Chicago presence that allows for us to better serve our growing client base, as well provide current or prospective employees with the option of city or suburban work environments," said David J. Nissen, Mueller's managing partner. "Our new office facilities will enhance our business operations and feature a number of upscale amenities for our growing team of employees."
In 2012, Mueller consolidated two suburban locations in Elgin and St. Charles into a larger space at the Fisher Corporate Center situated adjacent to a four-way interchange of I-90 and Randall Road in Elgin. "The move to our location in Elgin afforded us the space we needed to expand our suburban operations. And with our new downtown location we will now be able to offer our clients more flexibility for meetings and other services, as well as access to all that downtown Chicago offers," said Roy Groesbeck, partner in charge of the relocation efforts.
