Huntley 1, Maine South 0: Alyssa Kaufman scored a goal off an assist from Abby Noreen as Huntley won its opening round game in the Pepsi Showdown Saturday. Jessica Galason made 3 saves in goal for the Red Raiders (6-1-1), who will play Lyons in the second round on Tuesday.

Lyons 2, Jacobs 0: Elle Samin had 4 saves in goal for the Golden Eagles (2-4) in this Pepsi Showdown loss.

Bartlett 2, Hoffman Estates 0: Mariela Alba and Jenna Noesen had goals and Josie Dombrowski and Shannon Brohan assists to lead the Hawks (7-4) to a nonconference win. Amanda Lozada made 4 saves in goal for Bartlett.

Rolling Meadows 4, Dundee-Crown 3: Ashley Raby, Alexis Lewis and Jennifer Letheby had goals while Franki Scarpelli had 2 assists and Brittney Gantz one for the Chargers (1-7) in this loss at the Lake Park/Rolling Meadows tournament. Isabel Miranda made 6 saves in goal for D-C.
