Dining events: Weber Grill's new menu honors its founder
Tipping the Grill's cap
Weber Grill introduces a new dinner menu that tips its cap to the restaurant's founder, George Stephen. With an emphasis on Midwestern ingredients, it includes dishes such as the grilled pasture-raised lamb chops with rosemary scalloped potatoes and dried cherry and caramelized onion compote for $48, or the plank-grilled sea bass with smoked basil vinaigrette and grilled asparagus.
