Senior health fair:
State Sen. Dan Duffy and state Rep. Ed Sullivan will co-host a free senior health fair from 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Oct. 13 at the Libertyville Sports Complex, Route 45 and Peterson Road. Several participants will be on site to provide information on local, state and private programs and senior benefits. Also, free health screenings will be available for glucose, blood pressure and skin-cancer prevention. Attendees can receive flu shots for free with Medicare Part B and $29.99 without.
