Animal Hospital of Lake Villa Hosts Open House

Lake Villa, IL. - Saturday, August 17th, The Animal Hospital of Lake Villa hosted their annual open house event. The event is put on every year as a way of opening their doors to the public and letting the public take tours of their facility. Having been voted the "Best Animal Hospital" and "Best Veterinarian" by the Daily Herald newspaper, their open house gave people the chance to see why!

Along with hospital tours, where people were shown how Fear Free techniques work, there were many other activities to partake in. There was a dunk tank with the doctors inside, which was a huge hit, and there was a bouncy house, face painting, henna tattooing, and more for people of all ages. Their guests didn't leave hungry either as free food was available for everyone!

Animal Hospital of Lake Villa also held raffles of all types to help raise money for Lake Villa's Lost Angels, a local animal rescue located in Lake Villa, IL. With their efforts, they were able to raise $1000 for the rescue and their animals in need!
