Wheaton North wins ninth straight game

Wheaton North 12, York 0: Paige Wilson went 3-for-3 with a homer and a double as the No. 20 Falcons (9-1) won their ninth straight game. Kahla Nolan (5-1) hurled a 1-hitter, striking out four.

Naperville North 14, Streamwood 0: Lauren Clouston fired a no-hitter, striking out three, and Emily Dieckmann went 3-for-4 with 2 doubles, 5 runs batted in and 2 runs scored for the visiting Huskies (2-4).

Lake Park 9, South Elgin 6: Samantha Becker went 2-for-4 with a double and 3 RBI and Carly Willert doubled twice for the No. 5 Lancers (4-1, 2-0 Upstate Eight Conference) in Roselle. Kelly Mieszala went 2-for-3, scored 2 runs and drove in 1.

St. Charles East 8, Neuqua Valley 5: A 4-run Saints fifth sunk the Wildcats in Naperville. Amanda Mener went 2-for-4 with 2 runs scored, Jenna Marsalli 2-for-3 with a triple, 2 runs and 2 RBI and Colleen Hohman 2-for-3 with a double and 3 RBI for No. 19 Neuqua (3-3, 1-1 Upstate Eight Conference).

Glenbard South 5, Batavia 2: Jess Wilkes (5-0) struck out seven, and the No. 4 Raiders erased an early 2-0 deficit with a 3-run third inning in Glen Ellyn. Hannah Davey went 2-for-3 with a double and Wilkes also doubled for Glenbard South (7-0, 2-0 Western Sun Conference).

Immaculate Conception 17, Proviso West 0: Gina Caliendo went 3-for-3 with 3 RBI and Briana Iosco no-hit Proviso West over four innings. Maria Aieliszewski and Judy Morris each added 2 hits and 2 RBI for IC (2-4).

Hinsdale South 4, Lemont 1: Amy Narotsky struck out five in a 5-hitter for the Hornets.
