Sign up a team for 'Dodgin' 4 Dough' tournament in Naperville

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Naperville will host "Dodgin' 4 Dough" on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 31 and Feb. 1.

The 13th annual dodgeball event brings together elementary, middle, and high school students - as well as adults - for fun and friendly competition.

Proceeds benefit support service projects for students locally, nationally, and internationally. Round up 6-8 friends and create your team.

The tournament is divided into 4 specific brackets: high school games on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m.; fourth- and fifth-grade games on Saturday from 9 to 11:30 a.m.; middle school (grades 6-8) on Saturday from noon to 2:30 p.m.; and adults on Saturday from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the church, 1310 Shepherd Drive.

Cost is $25 per person. For information and registration, visit Dodgin4dough.com.

The 2019 dodgeball tournament helped fund these mission experiences: high school students completing home repairs and other projects at a work camp in Erie, Penn.; and Hearts in Motion with 25 young adults serving villages in Zacapa, Guatemala.
