Lovell Federal Health Care Center to offer walk-in flu shot clinics Oct. 19
On Saturday, Oct. 19, the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center is offering free flu vaccinations at the North Chicago, Ill. campus and McHenry, Ill. Community Based Outpatient Clinic.
The North Chicago campus walk-in flu shot clinic is available to active duty military families, military retirees and veterans who are enrolled for care with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The McHenry Community Based Outpatient Clinic walk-in flu shot clinic is available to enrolled veterans.
Eligible veterans with proof of service (e.g. discharge form DD214) may enroll with the VA at both locations.

WHERE: Building 133CA (Primary Care) and Building 133EF (Immunization Clinic), Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center, 3001 Green Bay Road,
North Chicago, Ill. Parking is available in the parking garage. (Volunteers will be posted at the main valet parking entrance to direct patients.)
WHO: Active duty military families, military retirees, and eligible veterans. (Active duty personnel are encouraged to get their vaccinations with their command for proper tracking and command compliance.)
