Learn how to reduce risk for peripheral artery disease

A presentation on how to reduce the risks of PAD will be held on Tuesday, August 21 from 6:30-8 pm at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, by George Christy, MD, board certified cardiologist with the Advocate Medical Group.
“It is important to know the warning signs,” said Christy. “Many people confuse the symptoms with something else and detecting the condition early is vital.”

It is a serious medical condition that can be prevented by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with regular exercise.
