College of DuPage hosts Youth Academy open house March 3

Learn about enrichment courses offered through the College of DuPage Youth Academy at an open house from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 3, outside the cafeteria in the Student Resource Center on the Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

Part of the college's Continuing Education program, the Youth Academy provides young learners the opportunity to explore, develop and grow to their maximum potential through programs geared toward preschool, elementary, middle school and high school students.

The free event includes information on the Youth Academy's Explorers summer day camps (kindergarten to sixth grade), Teen X-Treme summer day camps (seventh to tenth grade), educational enrichment programs (first to eighth grade), and Talent Search courses for academically gifted students. Information on the Academy's upcoming spring break classes, high school credit courses, High School Career Exploration Series, and High School College Success Series also will be available along with Youth Academy program and COD Dual Credit and Admissions and Outreach representatives.
