Sign up for Run 4 the Rescues 5K Race/Fun Run to benefit Field of Dreams

Field of Dreams Horse Rescue and Adoption invites the community to join in "Run 4 The Rescues 5K Race and Family Fun Run" on Saturday, Nov. 11, at LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve, 37W700 Dean St. in St. Charles.

Enjoy a crisp fall morning racing through wooded paths and along the paved bike trail. Participate in this year's chip timed 5K race or the first Family Fun Run.

Cost for the 5K is $40, $15 for age 10 and younger, or $10 for the Family Fun Run.

Race-day registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with the race starting promptly at 9 a.m.

The fun run will immediately follow.

All are welcome. Custom age group medals will go to the "lucky" winners. Enjoy fall treat at the post-race table and meet some former Field of Dreams rescues.

Field of Dreams Horse Rescue and Adoption is a community-based, all-volunteer public charity with headquarters in St. Charles and horse operation facilities in Maple Park.
