Nov. 18: CLC sponsors adult education job information session

The College of Lake County Adult Basic Education, GED and ESL division will sponsor an Adult Education Job Information Session for current and former Adult Education students from 10-11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18. The session will be held at the CLC Career and Job Placement Center (Room C125), 19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake, and at the Job Center of Lake County, 1 N. Genesee St., Waukegan.

Attendees seeking employment can learn about CLC's Career and Job Placement Center and the Job Center of Lake County and meet both staffs. The session will provide information about resume assistance, job search resources/workshops, job interview skills, employer job fairs, employer visits, paid internships and job referrals. After the sessions, students may register for follow-up services.
