Learn More about College of DuPage Admissions at DuPage Area Libraries

College of DuPage adult admissions representative, Angela Nackovic, will be visiting libraries throughout DuPage County from June 12 to Sept. 19.

Nackovic will answer questions and provide informational material about adult learning programs and resources to prospective customers and community members at College of DuPage information tables at libraries throughout the area this summer and early spring.

Nackovic will be available from 5 to 7 p.m. at Itasca Public Library, 500 W. Irving Park Rd., Itasca, on Wednesday, June 12; Glenside Public Library, 25 E. Fullerton, Glendale Heights on Wednesday, June 19; Indian Prairie Public Library, 401 Plainfield Rd., Darien, on Thursday, June 20; Woodridge Public Library, 3 Plaza Dr., Woodridge, on Wednesday, July 10: and from 5 to 8 p.m. at Bloomingdale Public Library, 101 Fairfield Way, Bloomingdale, on Thursday, Sept. 19.

In addition, Nackovic will be giving a presentation entitled “Resources for the Unemployed and Career Changers: Accessing Federal Retraining Monies, Financial Aid, Scholarships and the Programs and Services Available to Adults Returning to School” at 7 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 9, at the Thomas Ford Memorial Library, 800 Chestnut Street, Willow Springs. During this free presentation, attendees will learn about how to access college funding through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), financial aid and scholarships for adults, as well as programs and services available for adult learners at College of DuPage.
