Waterleaf Restaurant Hosts Conn Valley Vineyards Wine Dinner March 28

Waterleaf restaurant in Glen Ellyn will host a Conn Valley Vineyards wine dinner on Thursday, March 28, which will feature four wines from one of California's select wineries. Conn Valley proprietor and wine maker Todd Anderson will complete the evening by being on hand to enjoy this exquisite dinner paired with the wines from his vineyard.

Following a 6:30 p.m. reception, guests will enjoy a four-course, prix fixe dinner at Waterleaf at 7 p.m. prepared by Chef Nadia Tilkian and paired with premier selections from the distinguished Conn Valley cellars.

“We are thrilled to have Todd Anderson joining us in March” said Jean Pierre Leroux, Waterleaf General Manager. “It is a marvelous opportunity for our guests to personally meet and chat informally with the winemaker.”

Waterleaf in Glen Ellyn features a contemporary approach to fine dining led by Chef Nadia Tilkian.
