Suparossa Restaurant Group announces 22nds annual Chairty Golf Outing
The Suparossa Restaurant Group announced the details today for its 22nd Annual Charity Golf Outing to be held on Thursday, September 27th at The Grove Country Club in Long Grove, Illinois. Following golf, dinner will be held at Belvedere Events & Banquets in Elk Grove Village.
This year we are swinging for Draven Propst. Born a healthy baby, at 18 months old he became sick with a cold that turned into an ear infection. Left undiagnosed by doctors, the result was bacterial meningitis. This infection caused multiple strokes and seizures, which has now left Draven unable to move, eat or talk. "It is our honor to hold this event for Draven," explains Jodi Curry, Director of Belvedere & Biagio Events. "We are privileged to be able to help as much as we can. Our communities are like our own family - if we didn't have them we wouldn't have anything. When I thought about who we should work with this year, Jamie Cheeseboro's son Draven was my only choice. I am happy to be able to help not only someone in our community but a very close business associate and friend of the Suparossa Restaurant Group."
The annual charity golf outing was created in 1996, with the sole purpose of working towards the mission of the Suparossa Restaurant Group - to positively contribute to the community it works in and give back to families and organizations in need.
Event day check-in begins at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start at noon. Entrance fees are $200 per player, and include a sponsored breakfast, greens fees, range balls, cart fees and dinner following golf. Various holes will offer contests and a sampling of local food from each of our venues.
