Trio of Student Vocal Groups Perform May 8 at the MAC

The College of DuPage Concert Choir, Chamber Singers and Men's Choir will perform a night of mixed repertoire at a concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 8, in Belushi Performance Hall at the McAninch Arts Center on the Glen Ellyn campus. 425 Fawell Blvd.

All three groups are led by Director of Choral Activities Lee Kesselman.

The 55-member Concert Choir performs with accompanist William Buhr. The evening's program includes music by Andrea Ramsey and David Dickau from the musical "Once on this Island" and Gospel traditionals.

The 25-member Chamber Singers will performs madrigals by Joseph Baber, selections by Brahms, African selections and music by English composer Bob Chilcott.

The newly formed Men's Choir will perform a diverse range of music from Broadway to popular and classical songs for men's ensemble.

Tickets to the May 8 concert are $4.
