'Walk This Way' art exhibit at COD April 17
High school students from District 502 will display their artwork during the “Walk This Way” exhibit from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, at College of DuPage's McAninch Arts Center.
More than 30 DuPage schools will be represented by three students each. Instead of ribbons, bracelets will be awarded for first, second and third place finishers in various categories, and all students will receive a prize.
“We like this year's theme because we want these students to imagine themselves walking in our hallways and seeing their artwork hanging on our walls,” said Jennifer Hereth, professor of Art and chairman of the event.
