Dana Carter exhibit at COD Gahlberg Gallery to April 7

“People in Glass Houses,” an exhibition of works by Dana Carter is on display through Saturday, April 7, at the Gahlberg Gallery, located in the lobby of the McAninch Arts Center at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.

Exploring the velocity of loss, the dissonance between memory and visual perception, word play and interactions with the natural world, Carter's exhibit works with existing lighting conditions in the MAC to create an animation in tandem with drawings and sculpture. The artist has developed a process of creating animations using found sunlight and theatrical fabrics, demonstrated in the works displayed.

The gallery is open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays, 6 to

8 p.m. Saturdays and during all Mainstage performances. The gallery also is open by appointment.

For more information, call the gallery at (630) 942-2321, or visit: www.cod.edu/gallery.
