The Second City Brings its 'Greatest Hits, Vol. 59' To Carmel Catholic High School October 19

There's a reason the biggest names in laughter all catapulted their careers at The Second City...it's been the funniest place on the planet since 1959.

But on Saturday, October 19, you won't have to drive downtown in order to experience the latest in a long line of featured performances by the world's most famous comedy company. Chicago's very own Second City launched the careers of John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Jane Curtain, Harold Ramos, Eugene Levy and many, many others.

Come join neighbors and friends for an evening of improvised comedy from the masters of the form as Carmel Catholic High School hosts the current cast members of The Second City for a fundraiser benefitting the school's auditorium renovation project.

Doors open at 7 p.m. with a cash bar, appetizers, and assorted desserts. Food and one drink ticket are included in the $75 ticket price. All tickets will be held at WILL CALL. This is an 'adults only' event and guests must be over the age of 21 to attend the 8-10 p.m. performance.

Come witness the next generation of comedy superstars put their spin on the legendary comedy company's greatest hits, re-booted and re-imagined for today. From sketch comedy to original songs to world-famous improv, The Second City at Carmel Catholic will leave you rolling in the aisles.
