People enjoy the summer heat by riding bulls, carnival rides and cardboard boats

Ahhh reflections, aren't they great? I think so, and who can beat an upside down reflection with circular waves from a bobber hitting the water? I was at the Tuna Kahuna event in South Elgin when this image caught my eye. I like the contrasting colors of red and green and reflection that the water provides. Bees fly from one purple coneflower to another gathering pollen Monday in a garden at Kildeer Countryside School in Long Grove. According to the Chicago Botanic Garden, bees are very important for pollinating native plants. Coneflowers usually bloom for a three week period in early summer.
