The Listening Room in Crystal Lake presents singer/songwriter Steve Sebby, frontman for Chicago's Americana/rock/pop bands Fire City Limits, Pullman Drive, The Bluewater Kings and the Steve Sebby Band at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3.

Sebby has been making a name for himself in the acoustic world around Chicago. You've heard him on Southern Illinois College Radio, various "in-flight" radio stations across the world, and formally the lead singer for the college rock cover band "On The Radio" in Chicago.

Sebby's solo shows are what appeals to the wide array of music fans he has accumulated over the years, with his soulful originals and a fresh take on covers.

Come to the Listening Room at Lakeside Legacy Arts Park, 401 Country Club Road, Crystal Lake. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at LakesideLegacy.org or by contacting the box office at (815) 455-8000. If online sales have not sold out, tickets can also be purchased at the door for $20.
