Learn More About Finding Internships at Internship Search and Success Seminars
Learn more about finding an internship in your field of study by attending an Internship Search and Success Seminar held in the computer classroom in the Learning Commons, Student Resource Center, Room 2102.
These free sessions show students the ins and outs of finding an internship. Subjects covered include determining the goals of the internship and preparing appropriate credentials. Additionally, students will learn how to use COD Library resources and databases to search for posted internships and create new internship opportunities. Sara Kirby, Manager of COD's Cooperative Education & Internship Program, and Marge Peters, Librarian in Charge of the College and Career Information Center, present the one-hour seminar.
The sessions will be held on Tuesdays, September 4 and 18; October 2 and 30; November 13 and December 4 from 4-5 p.m., and on Wednesdays, September 12 and 26; October 10 and 24; November 7 and 28 from noon to 1 p.m.
