Veterans get free spinal consultations at Chiro One Wellness Centers
In the spirit of service, Chiro One Wellness Centers is hosting 'Red, White & Extraordinary Wellness Week' during the week of Memorial Day at all Chiro One Wellness Centers' locations in the Chicago area.
During this event, Chiro One is offering complimentary wellness consultations* to all veterans and active duty military personnel from Tuesday, May 29th – Thursday, May 31st at a Chiro One near you. Wellness Consultations can include a Chiropractic Doctor's Consultation, Focused Exam (CPT:99201), Digital Orthotic Foot Scan, 2 Spinal X-Rays in area of complaint (if medically necessary), and Complimentary Insurance Verification.
