COD student music groups perform in March

The student music groups at College of DuPage will perform throughout March at the McAninch Arts Center on the Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

All performances are on the MAC Mainstage, unless otherwise noted.

DuPage Community Concert Band - 3 p.m. Sunday, March 4

Open to students through adults, the DuPage Community Concert Band performs band repertoire. The March 4 program is titled “Music Titled America.” Tickets: $4.

Chamber Orchestra – 5 p.m. Monday, March 12, MAC Lobby

Open to students through adults, group members perform classical repertoire. Free.

Student Music Concert - 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 15

The College's music ensembles present an evening of mixed repertoire performances. Tickets: $4.

Faculty Recital - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21

Faculty members step outside the classroom to share their own performance excellence. Tickets: $4.

DuPage Community Jazz Ensemble – 3 p.m. Sunday, March 25, K Commons.

Spring Dance. The 20-plus piece big band is dedicated to performing original music and jazz classics. Tickets: $6.
