COD hosts free salsa/merengue/bachata dance Feb. 8
College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn will host a free Salsa/Merengue/Bachata Dance on Friday, Feb. 8, from 7 to 10 p.m. in the Student Lounge, located below Starbucks in the Student Services Center, Room 1200.
Sponsored by the COD Latin American Studies Committee and Casa de Amigos, the event will feature free Salsa, Merengue and Bachata dance lessons from 7 to 8 p.m., with open dancing and a live disc jockey from 8 to 10 p.m. Refreshments will be served throughout the evening.
This event is free and open to the public. Donations to the Casa de Amigos Spanish Club will be accepted.
