Lake County Radio Control Club: 9 p.m. to midnight, Fridays, Field House Sports & Fitness Center 800 N Baldwin Ave, Waukegan. During winter, the club flies model airplanes, helicopters and other radio controlled devices in the 40,000 square foot indoor venue. The fee for flying on Fridays is $10 per person and you and an Academy of Model Aeronautics card from the club is necessary. Indoor flying will take place through the end of March and possibly longer depending on the weather.
