COD student addresses fellow GED graduates at ceremony

Anisa Catugy of Carol Stream addresses fellow graduates and guests at the College of DuPage's 19th annual GED Commencement Ceremony held May 14. Catugy was one of 61 graduates and three student speakers at the event.
