Wheat Café, Culinary Market Open for Summer Term on June 19

The student-run Wheat Café and the Culinary Market at College of DuPage are now open for the summer,

Wheat Café will be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through July 25. The three-course lunch costs $13, and reservations can be made for 11:15, 11:30 or 11:45 a.m. seatings. The Culinary Market sells items made by students and will be open from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through July 25.

Located in the Culinary & Hospitality Center, Wheat Café is a 60-seat casual dining restaurant staffed by Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Hospitality Management students. Students use fresh regional and seasonal ingredients in their American cuisine, and menus change each month.

The menu at the Culinary Market, also located in the CHC next to Wheat Café, changes daily and is tied to the curriculum of several classes.
