Oct. 18: CLC hosts Illinois Regional College Fair

How can high-school students and their parents learn about nearly 180 colleges and universities in just one location? Attend the Illinois Regional College Fair, hosted by the College of Lake County from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 18. It is designed for families to begin or continue the college search process.

The fair will be held in the Physical Education Center, Building 7, on CLC's Grayslake Campus. Parking is available in lots 2 or 3, on the north side of the campus, closest to the Washington Street and Lancer Lane entrance, 19351 W. Washington St.

College financial aid information sessions, presented by staff from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, will be held in Room 706 of the Physical Education Center from 6:30-7 p.m. and 7:15-7:45 p.m.

The event is being sponsored by the Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling and is intended for high-school juniors and seniors and their parents. Representatives from colleges and universities in Illinois and across the United States will provide information about admission to their institutions.
