COD Continuing Education Hosts Free Sampler Day Jan. 9

Continuing Education/Extended Learning at College of DuPage will host Sampler Day on Saturday, Jan. 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Student Resource Center (SRC), Room 1110, on the College's main campus, 425 Fawell Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.

This event is free and open to the public.

Sampler Day is a free open house that offers community members a sneak preview of upcoming personal enrichment classes such as Blogging, Careers in Fundraising, Craft Beer, Feng Shui, Fiction Writing, Makeup Tips and Tricks, Motivation for Life Changes, Shakespeare, Sign Language, Silk Painting, Social Media, and Tai Chi. Information about professional programs, including Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training and Massage Therapy, will also be provided. Participants will also receive exclusive opportunities for discounted tuition prices on many fall classes and workshops.

In addition, College representatives from Business Solutions, Lifelong Learning, Financial Assistance, Registration and Admissions, as well as Continuing Education faculty members, will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.
