Five bands featured at 'Moosestock 2011' Aug. 20

Elgin Moose Lodge 799 will host “MooseStock” from 3 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20 at the Lodge home, 925 S. McLean Blvd. on Elgin's southwest side.

This event is open to the public.

Five bands will be performing: Terry Buck from 2 to 3 p.m., Dana French & The Bluehearts from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Alex and the Allstars from 5 to 6 p.m., Diane Klemz & the Nygel Ajax Band from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and Dirty Dan's Cool Rockin' Daddies from 8:30 to 10 p.m.

Tickets are $10 per person, with children 12 and under free.

There is free parking and food raffles will be going on all day.

Refreshments will also be available.

Proceeds will benefit Mooseheart Child City and School.
