St. Francis stops Marian for perfect SC Blue record

Kelsey Robinson knocked down 11 kills, as the Spartans (32-2, 11-0 Suburban Christian Blue) wrapped up a perfect conference season with a 25-16, 25-14 win over Marian Central in Wheaton on Monday.

Kristen Kelsay added 25 assists and Gina Madonia 9 service points for St. Francis.

Waubonsie Valley d. Plainfield East: Martha Stewart had 7 kills and 5 aces for the Warriors (25-10), who rolled 25-17, 25-15 in their regular season finale. Nicole Salmon added 7 kills, Mikhail Merritt 7 digs and Lexie Bean 17 assists.

Addison Trail d. Lake Park: Casey D'Ambrose had 14 kills, 13 digs and 14 assists for the Blazers (11-17), who outlasted the Lancers 25-23, 23-25, 25-16. Giana Casciola added 7 kills and 12 digs and Katie Kamide 7 kills and 11 digs.

York d. Willowbrook: Josie Hopkins had 7 kills and 6 digs for the Warriors (17-14) in a 25-14, 25-19 West Suburban crossover loss to the Dukes. Sarah McCarthy added 8 digs and 12 assists.

Chicago Christian d. Wheaton Academy: Molly McCoy had 5 kills and 6 digs and Ali Boggs 5 digs for the Warriors (10-19, 4-7 Suburban Christian Blue) in a 25-20, 25-19 loss.
