Noted for its Bordeaux style estate wines, Darioush vineyard dedicates ninety-five acres planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, Malbac, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay and Viognier. The cooler southern Napa Valley locale allows Darioush's harvest to ripen slowly, and by hand picking and hand sorting each grape cluster, proprietor Darioush Khaledi and winemaker Steve M. Devitt ensure that only the fully matured grapes are used in crafting Darioush small lot wines.
