Waterleaf restaurant gets three-star review

Crain's Chicago Business has awarded Waterleaf three stars, encouraging readers to break the “chain-restaurant mentality” and visit this “exceptional” establishment.

Reviewer H. Lee Murphy praised the restaurant as a find in the western suburbs. “The ingredients are all utterly fresh, the plated presentations are exercises in modern art and the wine list is first-rate,” Murphy wrote. Read the entire review!
