Fleming, Glenbard North top Glenbard South
Tasting victory for the first time this season, Glenbard North (1-2) beat Glenbard South 60-41 at the District 87 Tournament at Glenbard West.
Josh Fleming led Glenbard North with 18 points and Ryan Krueger scored 10 for the Panthers. Glenbard South (0-3) was led by Dusko Despot with 14 points.
Lake Park 51, Elk Grove 48:
At Fenton's Chuck Mitchell Tournament, Lake Park moved to 2-0 behind 15 points from Dave Prentis and 13 from Dominique Spencer, 5 in the fourth quarter. Steve Wuthrich added 10 points for Lake Park.
Lisle 45, Chicago Christian 32:
The Lions, hosting their own tournament, got a game-high 27 points from Kazim Khan and outscored Chicago Christian 30-17 in the second half.
Addison Trail 65, Kennedy 23:
Addison Trail (2-0) broke out to a 20-5 first quarter lead. Jordan Garcia and James Pupillo each scored 12 points to lead the Blazers at Reavis.
York 70, Rolling Meadows 50:
At Palatine, David Cohn made four 3-point baskets and scored 23 points to lead the Dukes. Jake Rzeszutko and Frank Toohey added 10 points apiece.
Immaculate Conception 76, Alden-Hebron 37:
The Knights improved to 2-0 at the Westminster Christian tournament. John Cheng scored 14 points, Demetrius Carr 12 and Adam Muellers 10.
