Submitted by MCC

High school juniors, seniors, parents and prospective adult students are invited to see what McHenry County College has to offer at MCC Night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, in the Atrium, located in Building A at the college, 8900 Route 14 in Crystal Lake. Find out what's new this year at the college, meet instructors and get information on more than 40 programs, financial aid, athletics and career counseling.

MCC's culinary management, nursing, and transfer degree programs will be featured, along with demonstrations on ceramics, robotics and culinary projects. In addition, high school juniors and seniors can hear about the High School Plus program for earning college credits while still in high school.

In addition, adults interested in returning to school for a degree, professionals seeking to enhance their skills training and individuals who want to take enrichment classes are encouraged to attend MCC Night.

It is free and no registration is required. The application fee will be waived for all seniors and prospective adult students who apply to MCC for fall semester 2012. For information, visit www.mchenry.edu/mccnight or call Kellie Carper at (815) 455-8670.
