The legal aspects of operating a business in the burgeoning home healthcare industry will be the focus on a seminar on September 25th. The event will take place at the Donald E. We look forward to sharing the latest updates on some of those topics on the 25th.”

Joining McGinn as presenters will be his colleague, Matthew Sheahin, a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group at Lavelle Law, Ltd, Aida Trinidad, a member of the Illinois Department of Public Health Home Health, Home Services and Home Nursing Advisory Board, and Leigh Roadman, a Partner experienced in Healthcare Fraud Defense work with Martin, Brown, Sullivan, Roadman & Hartnett, Ltd. Kerry Lavelle, founding Partner of Lavelle Law, Ltd will serve as moderator for the event.

“The seminar will be an excellent opportunity for home healthcare operators to learn more about legislation and regulations that have a direct impact on their business,” said McGinn. “We have lined up an outstanding group of presenters and anticipate some very detailed and informative conversations.”
