DG Counseling to offer "Ladies First" Women's Support Group

Have you found yourself farther and farther down on the list? As women we often do for others, forgetting or repressing our needs. Come together and learn the process of rediscovering yourself and learn how to give yourself and those you love the real you.

Join us and other ladies for a six week discovery (or rediscovery) of what is important to us and start the year off right. There will be an open discussion on multiple issues that may include but are not limited to identity, self-care, decision-making, love self-esteem, and stress reduction.

There are 2 sessions to choose from; Wednesday evenings 7:00-8:30pm starting February 19th and Monday evenings 6:00-7:30pm starting March 17th. Sessions are located at DG Counseling in Downers Grove, 1000 Maple Ave. Cost is $125 for 6 sessions and most insurances can be billed. Facilitators are Donna Gluck, Ed.D., L.C.P.C. (Monday), Maria Oswald, L.P.C. (Wednesday), and Jennifer Kovachevich, L.P.C. (Monday/Wednesday).
