Montini 6, Driscoll 5: Tori Shipbaugh's double scored Lauren Vavra with the winning run, capping a Montini 4-run rally in the bottom of the seventh. Jenna Scudder doubled to lead off the inning and scored on a Fabiana Sullo single. Mary Fischer singled in 2 runs to tie the game for the Broncos (14-4, 8-2 Suburban Catholic Conference). For Driscoll Katelyn Conenna homered twice and Breaunna Medinger went deep once.
Glenbard North 3, Wheaton North 0: Hannah Santora (14-3) struck out nine and Alyssa Jasinski went 2-for-3, drove in a run and scored a run for the Panthers (17-5, 8-1 DuPage Valley Conference), who won their 10th straight.
WW South 2, Glenbard East 0: Julianne LaFleur (9-10) struck out eight in a 2-hit shutout. Katie Ottolin tripled to lead off the fourth and scored the second run for WW South (10-16, 3-7 DVC).
Neuqua Valley 9, Streamwood 1: Jenna Marsalli homered twice and Colleen Hohman went deep once for the Wildcats (15-6, 11-4 Upstate Eight Conference). Leigh Nebendahl went 3-for-4 and Jena Boudreau (2-2) struck out eight.
Bartlett 2, Waubonsie Valley 0: Callie Dennison cracked a 2-run homer in the bottom of the sixth for the host Hawks (12-10, 6-6 Upstate Eight). Lauren Thresh (4-9) struck out nine and Becky Horton went 2-for-3 for Waubonsie Valley (9-17, 6-9).
Glenbard West 2, Downers Grove North 1: Jayme Hefler singled, stole second and scored the tie-breaking run on an Ericka Lew squeeze bunt in the sixth for the Hilltoppers (15-11, 7-2 West Suburban Silver). Briana Wyatt homered for Glenbard West.
Benet 2, Nazareth 1: Mikayla Panko tripled and stole home in the fifth for the Redwings (24-3, 15-0 East Suburban Catholic Conference), who ran their win streak to 18 straight. Meghan Eastman (17-3) struck out six.
Sandburg 4, Downers Grove South 2: Marissa Mersch and Brooke Andresen both homered in the first inning off Brittany Gardner, but the Sandburg ace blanked the Mustangs (17-5) the rest of the way, striking out seven.
Glenbard South 3, DeKalb 0: Jess Wilkes (7-5) fired her first shutout of the season, striking out 12, for the Raiders (13-12, 6-2 Western Sun Conference). Amanda Fazzari went 2-for-3 with an RBI double.
Lisle 15, Plano 0: Colleen Drennan's grand slam highlighted an 8-run fourth for the Lions (19-10, 9-6 Interstate Eight Conference). Melanie Early went 4-for-5 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored, and on the mound struck out seven in notching her fourth shutout.
Timothy Christian 6, Chicago Christian 1: Kari LeGrand homered and Julie Faber and Janna Strodtman both had 2 hits and 3 RBI for the Trojans (16-10, 12-2 Private School League), now in second place in conference.
Hinsdale South 8, York 5: Dana Capocci went 2-for-4 with 2 RBI and Michelle Bolos 3-for-5 with a run scored for the Hornets.
