There was a sepia-tone cast in the sky as storms rolled through the Northwest Suburbs, including Arlington Heights, during sunset recently. The campus of Northwest Community Hospital is at the lower portion of the frame. While this image was taken at an altitude of 200 feet, passengers in the jet flying thousands of feet above, which is barely discernible at the upper left of the frame, most certainly had a spectacular view of the weather phenomena.
