Monthly Memory Cafe Opening at Kenneth Young Center

Opening Friday, January 18th from 12:30pm-2:30pm, Kenneth Young Center will be hosting its first monthly Memory Cafe Events for seniors with memory impairments and the loving caregivers who support them.

Funded through a grant from Age Options, guests will participate in a two-hour event that includes lunch, entertainment, socialization, activities, and the opportunity to meet others in the community with similar experiences. The event is entirely free to guests, but registration is required by calling (847) 524-8800 ext. 168. This month's event will be held at Kenneth Young Center's Community Room in Elk Grove on 1001 Rohlwing Road.

Each month during 2019 will feature different food, entertainment, and activities specially planned for seniors and caregivers to enjoy together. For more information or to register, call (847) 524-8800 ext. 168.
