COD to Host Free Information Sessions for Adults this Fall
College of DuPage Admissions and Outreach will host a series of information sessions for adults age 19 and older on the College's main campus, 425 Fawell Blvd., in Glen Ellyn.
These free sessions are geared toward adults who are interested in changing careers, attending college for the first time, enhancing their job skills or attending classes for personal enrichment. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with faculty to discuss career choices, degree options, certifications and job prospects. All sessions will run from 6 to 7 p.m. and will include information on admissions, financial aid, scholarships and services for adult learners.
A general information session covering College of DuPage and services for adult learners will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 13, in the Student Services Center, Room 2201, and again in the same location as a breakout session at the College's fall open house on Wednesday, Sept. 10.
An information session on the College's Cosmetology program will be held Wednesday, Oct. 1, in the Student Services Center, Room 2201.
An information session on the College's Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 15, in the Technical Education Center, Room 1038B.
An information session on the College's Interior Design program will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 22, in the Technical Education Center, Room 1038B.
An information session on the College's Fashion Studies program will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 5, in the Student Resource Center, Room 1009.
