:rudential Visions Realty adds managing broker to accelerate busiess expansion
Prudential Visions Realty announces the addition of Laurene Cichon as Managing Broker of the Barrington office, as the company moves forward on its business expansion plans. In her position Cichon will work directly with the real estate brokers in the Barrington office, bringing new ideas and tools to expand their businesses.

Most recently Cichon served as a relocation consultant at SIRVA Relocation, in Westmont. There she handled an average caseload of 75 company transferees, helping them successfully navigate through two of life's most stressful events -- moving and starting a new job. Previously a top producer and top sales achiever with another Prudential franchise, Cichon was known as a powerful negotiator, obtaining sellers an average of 97% of original asking price versus an industry average of 89% and saved buyers an average 17% less than current asking price versus an industry average of only 5%.
An active member of Our Lady of the Wayside Church in Arlington Heights, Cichon recently served as Parish Life Chairperson, coordinating efforts to revitalize parish social events in order to meet the needs of a parish of more than 3,000 families. Cichon is a committed volunteer in a host of other community activities.
The Prudential Visions Barrington office, at 303 East Main, opened in 2010 and currently has 35 real estate brokers, with specialists in Fine Homes and Relocation. Ortman says, “The addition of Laurene to our team will support our business expansion as we move to open offices to better serve our clients in our extended service area.” Prudential Visions Realty focuses on Barrington, as well as Arlington Heights, Palatine, Lake Zurich, Cary, Wauconda, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Spring Grove, and all the towns in between.
